The 500ml PCR HDPE Plastic Bottle & Lotion Pump is made from HDPE which is a strong, lightweight plastic that is suitable for storing with many chemicals.
Suitable for a wide range of industrial products, including oils, lubricants, paints, glues and cleaning detergents. It’s equally as reliable for toiletries, animal supplies and chemicals. This plastic bottle is part of our PCR (post-consumer recycled) product range, which has been manufactured partly or fully using recycled materials. The 500ml Natural PCR Plastic HDPE Bottle is made up of 95% recycled plastic!
These bottles are unique. They are part of our PCR range however they are actually created in 3 layers. The outer layer is made of white virgin HDPE masterbatch, with the inner layer being made of virgin natural HDPE. The inner core is made of PCR HDPE which gives you contents of 30% PCR avoiding the plastic packaging tax. You get a bottle that looks like virgin plastic, with all the eco-friendly benefits of recycled material.

Our plastic lotion pumps come with a standard length plastic dip tube. The lotion head is simply screwed on to the bottle, and is compatible with both glass and plastic bottles. The pump head can be locked to avoid accidental usage during transit. It’s a great closure choice for hand creams, lotions and soaps. Choose from white or black, depending on your branding.
PLEASE NOTE: This product is part of our PCR range. All our post-consumer recycled products are fully recyclable, and at least 10% of the materials used to make it have already been previously recycled. Wherever possible, the PCR material in these products is sourced from the UK, in order to further reduce the carbon footprint of these products.
