How much is delivery?
Courier delivery charges are calculated on the weight and bulk of your order and your postcode. To check the delivery charge for your order, create an account on the website, add the items to your basket and click on ‘Checkout’. You will then be shown the cost for delivery before you actually place your order.

Why is delivery so expensive?
On many items the cost of carriage seems out of proportion to the cost of the items. This is due to the unique nature of what we deliver. For example, 20 x 5l jerricans weigh 3kg, but the jerricans hold 80 cubic litres in volume and the carriage company charges for volume. You will find that you can usually order many more items for the same courier fee.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes outlined during our checkout stage (subject to stock availability). Once your order has been dispatched, it will go by Courier. Orders delivered by courier will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that we are unable to offer next day delivery. We reserve the right to change the delivery timeframes on our website at anytime.

Can I have a Saturday delivery?
We don’t do Saturday deliveries unless there are special circumstances. Please be aware that we are charged more by our courier company for this service, which we have to pass on.

Which countries do we deliver to?
We predominantly deliver to the UK and we can also deliver to Europe. However, if you are in Europe (outside the UK) and wish to order a large/heavy lot of goods, we would advise that you arrange for a courier to collect from us. We do NOT deliver to anywhere outside Europe.

Please note – Norway do not permit entry of multi consignment parcels. If you order requires multiple parcels, these will be split into different orders. When customs payments are required, this will be based on the order split which has been done in our warehouse.

When will my backorder be delivered?

Backorders are enabled on certain product lines we carry. If you order is larger than the amount we have in stock, we will allow you to place the rest of your order on backorder. Once you order is placed, we will then order your goods through our supplier. Please expect delivery within 30 days of placing your order. If the time frame is longer our customer service team will contact you to arrange a solution.

Same Day Despatch Delivery

With certain products, we offer our customers the option to select Same Day Despatch which bypasses the other orders in our warehouse. If your order is placed before 11am (Monday to Thursday) and the items you have ordered are in stock your order will be despatched and placed on a next day service with our couriers.

Please Note – This service is subject to our couriers. Our Priority Service covers the despatch of your order.
