Closure-wise, the 250ml, 350ml and 700ml bottles come with cork stopper caps, consisting of synthetic cork with a black plastic head that sits neatly on the neck of the bottle, for ease of opening. The 500ml glass Polo bottle comes with a choice of alternative closures, including a standard black screw cap or a tamper evident black screw cap with pourer insert (ideal for preventing contamination and perfect for the controlled dispensing of oils and dressings).
