Despatch policy

All our storage containers, bottles and accessory orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days if in stock. We will endeavour to contact you by email if we have any out of stock items.

If required you can contact us with specific delivery instructions and we will try our upmost to meet them. Customers will be informed of any delays and will be given the choice of a full refund or to wait until the containers to come back into stock. Items will be delivered by Courier/Royal Mail depending on the size of order. If you are situated outside of UK Mainland please contact us for delivery details/costs. Please note, any undelivered items or unwanted items returned to us will be charged again for redelivery or collection. Please include a contact telephone for the courier in case of any delivery problems.

Privacy Policy Statement

No details of our customers will be forwarded to any third party at anytime under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

A Full credit will be given for plastic storage containers, bottles and accessories returned which are found to be faulty or not matching the description of goods ordered. Refunds will be offered on any goods not delivered within 28 days.
